May 26, 2023 - The TCRC is very pleased to announce the ratification of their new collective agreement affecting approximately 6,000 Locomotive Engineers, Conductors and Yard Workers employed with CN Rail in Canada. The ratification vote passed with 70.7% in favour.

TCRC National President Paul Boucher commended the membership for the ratification. “I want to graciously thank the members who took the time to educate themselves on this agreement and cast their ballot accordingly. The membership has duly exercised their rights and secured a collective agreement that will benefit themselves for years to come.”

The General Committees will now begin the implementation process with CN and will distribute all information accordingly.
