The Teamsters Canada Rail Conference National Bursary Program offers 20 Bursaries valued at five hundred dollars each. Since 2008 a total of 60 Bursaries have been awarded to successful applicants.

In 2011, the TCRC National Bursary Program is offering another 20 Bursaries. It is once again that time of year where we distribute posters and bilingual application forms for posting and availability to the membership.

Enclosed with this letter is another supply of posters and application pamphlets. Please make this information available and accessible to the membership at the various work locations throughout your Division. Pamphlets are also available on our website.

The Teamsters Canada Rail Conference is committed to education and training throughout our organization. This bursary program is one feature of our overall program development and education delivery.

Should you have any questions or require additional information please feel free to contact my office.

Sincerely and in Solidarity,

Rex A. Beatty
President
