James R. Hoffa scholarship funds
The International Brotherhood of Teamsters offers each year 15 scholarships to encourage studying for children and grandchildren of Teamsters’ members. These scholarships are awarded to students who are in their last year of high school or College, and plan to attend an accredited four-year college or university. Overall, five scholarships of $10,000 and ten of $1,000 (in US device) will be awarded.
This year’s theme is “Education is the bridge to success”.
Please note that you must send your application and requested documents by March 31st, 2011 to the International Brotherhood of Teamsters.
Do not hesitate to communicate with your Local Union if you want to have posters, pamphlets or application forms, or for any additional information.
