The Canada Industrial Relations Board has scheduled hearings in Toronto on March 8, 9, 10, 2017 as it pertains to CP using managers to perform bargaining unit work.
This is good news and all of the work done by the TCRC Membership, the Local Chairs and General Chairs will be brought together to prove that CP is wrong.

The CIRB has
also rejected CP’s protests that the Board has no jurisdiction, and
their protests that the Union cannot advance this matter to the Board.
